Start With One Conversation.

No pitch. No follow-up sequence. One call to determine whether this is worth pursuing further.

Is This for You?

If you own a business in one of our sectors and are thinking about your exit, we would like to understand your situation. No clear succession plan and no appetite for a broker listing or a private equity process are sufficient reasons to call.

If you are an accountant, business broker, estate attorney, or commercial banker who works with business owners facing this transition, we are interested in building a working relationship with advisors who take their clients' outcomes seriously. Contact us directly and we will have a brief, professional conversation about how we work and what referrals look like.

Who You Will Reach

When you contact Superposition, you reach Jeff Younger directly. He leads acquisitions and is the person you will speak with throughout the process, from first conversation through close. There is no gatekeeper, no intake coordinator, and no handoff to a junior associate. You are talking to the operator from the first call.

You can reach Jeff at:

Confidentiality and the Mutual NDA

Before you share any financial information, you are entitled to a signed confidentiality agreement. We provide a mutual non-disclosure agreement — mutual means it protects both sides — that you can review and sign before any numbers change hands. You do not have to share a single financial document without one in place.

If you would like to see the NDA before starting a conversation, contact us and we will send it immediately.

What Happens After You Contact Us

A person reads your message and responds personally. Superposition does not use automated responses or templated follow-ups. If you fill out the form below, you will hear from us within one business day. If you would rather call than write, the number is on this page.

The first conversation is a direct exchange. We will ask you to describe your business, your situation, and what prompted you to reach out. You can ask us anything you want to know about who we are and how we work. Neither side commits to anything in that call. It is a conversation.

What to Include in Your Message

You do not need to have your financials organized before reaching out. A paragraph describing your business — what it does, approximately how large it is, and why you are getting in touch — is enough to start. We will ask for more when it is needed.

Send Us a Message

The form below asks for the basics. You do not need to provide an email address if you would rather give a phone number. We will contact you on your terms.

Thank you. Your message has been received. We will respond within one business day.

For Advisors and Referral Partners

If you are reaching out as an advisor rather than a business owner, indicate that in your message. We will respond with a brief description of our process, what our deals look like, and how we handle referral relationships. We also make our mutual NDA and deal structure guide available to advisors on request, so you can evaluate our approach before bringing us to a client.

A Note for Owners Who Are Not Ready

If you are not quite ready to have a conversation yet, that is a fine place to be. We are building a library of plain-language resources on business transitions, seller financing, and what the exit process actually looks like from the seller's side. Check back, or contact us and ask to be added to our occasional updates. No sales follow-up, no automated email sequence. Updates when we have something worth saying.
